    After graduating from Salisbury (MD) State with a degree in liberal arts in 1982, Bisciotti worked in the temporary help industry... When he lost his job in 1983 (he was 23), he founded Aerotek with his 1st cousin, Jim Davis... They opened a basement office in Annapolis and furnished it with second-hand desks purchased from Goodwill... They offered aerospace and technology companies access to skilled temporary employees... Starting with 2 employees and 2 clients, Bisciotti and Davis produced $1.5 million in sales in the 1st year... Aerotek grew into the Allegis Group, which currently is the 3rd-largest staffing firm in the United States - 6th in the world... The company, which is based in the Baltimore area and has offices throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe, has over 6,000 employees and 65,000 high-end contract workers.

Bisciotti, who is the 2nd-youngest owner in the NFL (to Daniel Snyder, 44), bought a minority interest in the Ravens in 2000 from Art Modell and completed the purchase of the franchise on 4/9/04... Steve’s initial investment in the team provided funds to secure free agents for the 2000 Super Bowl XXXV championship team... Steve's influence in the NFL continues to rise - he currently is a member of 2 important ownership committees: Broadcasting and Digital Media.

A member of one of baseball’s most honored and respected families, Andy MacPhail returned to his childhood hometown of Baltimore on June 20, 2007, when he was named President of Baseball Operations for the Orioles. He oversees all aspects of major league, minor league and scouting operations for the ballclub.

MacPhail, whose father and grandfather both are members of Baseball’s Hall of Fame, had assisted Major League Baseball with a variety of projects for several months before he joined the Orioles organization. He spent the previous 12 years through the 2006 season as president and chief executive officer of the Chicago Cubs. Prior to joining the Cubs, he served as executive vice president and general manager of the Minnesota Twins for nine seasons.

MacPhail also served on MLB’s negotiating committees following the 2002 and 2006 seasons, helping to work out new collective bargaining agreements with the MLB Players Association. Those were the first two agreements reached without a work stoppage in more than 30 years of labor negotiations between MLB and the players’ union. MacPhail is also one of five MLB executives on the 12-member committee to elect executives to Baseball’s Hall of Fame.

As President of Ari Fleischer Sports Communications, Ari provides advice to clients on how to handle the press.  Mr. Fleischer has provided counsel to clients such as Major League Baseball, the Women’s Tennis Association, the United States Olympic Committee, the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association, and he has conducted media training for seven National Football League teams, all the National Football League head coaches, as well as media training for NASCAR and Indy drivers.  He has also done media training for several individual athletes.

Prior to his work in sports, Ari was the White House press secretary, where he delivered the daily White House briefing from 2001 to 2003.  He previously served as the senior communications advisor and spokesman for the Bush-Cheney presidential campaign.  In his almost four years working for George W. Bush, he served as spokesman during the historic presidential recount, September 11th, two wars and the anthrax attack.  His best selling book, Taking Heat, details his years in the White House and reached #7 on the New York Times best-seller list.

Mr. Fleischer is a native of Pound Ridge, New York, and is a 1982 graduate of Vermont’s Middlebury College.  He resides in Westchester County with his wife, Becki, and their two children.
